Here are the Types of Reformer Pilates classes we offer:
Reformer Pilates Basics (Level 1)
A private consultation is required before joining a group Reformer class at Everbalance. This class is perfect for beginners—whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or Pilates in general. It’s a slower-paced, educational session designed to help you feel comfortable, build confidence, and get the most out of your workout.
Reformer Pilates All Levels (or Level 2)
A private consultation is required before joining this class. Ideal for those with at least 3-4 Reformer Pilates sessions under their belt, this class welcomes practitioners of different experience levels. Expect a dynamic, mixed-level workout that challenges and supports you at your own pace.
Intermediate Reformer Pilates (Level 3)
A private consultation is required before joining this class. This is perfect for experienced Reformer Pilates practitioners who are ready to challenge their core strength, balance, and flexibility at a higher level. If you’re looking to push your practice to the next level, this class will do just that! Unsure if it’s right for you? Ask any of our instructors for guidance.
Cardio Reformer /Jump Board
A private consultation is required before joining this group class. Designed for intermediate practitioners, this class adds a fun, energetic twist with cardio exercises on the Reformer Jump Board. Expect a full-body workout that will get your heart pumping! Experience on the Reformer is required, and this class may not be suitable for those with neck, knee, foot, or recent ankle injuries.
